I’m not sure if you’ve already heard of http://www.propertybillboard.co.nz but I’ve come across it recently and have found it is a great website for property investors. I’m amazed at the property deals they have listed………I saw one that was way, way, way below market valuation and there was even a property that had an 18% gross return!!

So if you’re wondering where to find your next investment property I recommend you check out http://www.propertybillboard.co.nz

If you’re looking for…..

-      A property to do up
-      A property at least 10% under valuation
-      A property with a return of 8% or more
-      A property that is subdividable

………then chances are you’ll find it at http://www.propertybillboard.co.nz

The other thing I noticed is that most, if not all of the property deals are pre-negotiated, and have a lot of background information for each property meaning a lot of the legwork has been done.

Almost everything is provided for you from building quotes, letters from council confirming permits etc, rental appraisals, registered valuation, and pretty much anything else you would need to make an informed decision.
